2. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging in any capacity with Outback Laughs Productions, including but not limited to booking services, attending events, participating in workshops, or utilizing our talent management, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
3. Services Provided
Outback Laughs Productions offers a range of entertainment-related services which include:
- Stand-up comedy show production for public and private events.
- Talent management and representation for comedians.
- Venue sourcing, booking, and logistical coordination for events.
- Customised corporate entertainment packages.
- Festival event planning and execution.
- Comedy writing workshops and educational programs.

4. Booking and Payments
- Client Agreements: All bookings and service agreements require a signed contract or written confirmation, outlining the scope of work, fees, payment schedule, and specific terms relevant to the service requested.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit may be required to confirm a booking, with the remaining balance due prior to or upon completion of services.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Our cancellation and refund policy varies depending on the service booked and will be clearly stated in your service agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content provided through our services, including event designs, workshop materials, promotional materials, and comedic material (unless explicitly owned by a specific performer), is the intellectual property of Outback Laughs Productions or its licensors.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from us.
- In the context of talent management, comedians retain ownership of their original comedic material, subject to the terms of their individual management agreements with Outback Laughs Productions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Outback Laughs Productions, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service;
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
